Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Tintely handles the data needed to provide digital wedding invitations and manage accounts, payments, photographs, email, and guest replies.

1. Controller and contact

Tintely is responsible for processing related to the service. For privacy questions or requests about your data, email hola@tintely.com.

2. Data we handle

We may handle account and organization data, names and contact details, invitation content, photographs, guest and RSVP information, payment references, and technical data needed for security and operation.

3. How we use it

We use this data to authenticate you, create and publish invitations, manage guests and RSVPs, process payments, send transactional messages, provide support, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

4. Service providers

Clerk manages identity, sessions, and organizations; Vercel hosts and runs the application; Cloudflare R2 stores and delivers photographs; Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers transactional email; and Sentry helps detect and diagnose errors. Each provider handles the data needed for its function under its applicable terms.

5. Photographs and third-party data

Anyone uploading photographs or guest information must have sufficient permission to use it in the invitation. We do not use photographs for facial recognition or biometric identification.

6. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. Retention depends on purpose, service term, and applicable legal duties; we do not claim storage periods or regions that are not contractually guaranteed.

7. Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or information about processing by emailing hola@tintely.com. We may request enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant account or invitation.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the service or its providers change. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
