Can I see it before paying?
Yes. You can create a personalized preview and edit your invitation at no cost. You pay only when you decide to publish it.
Is $499 MXN the final price?
Yes. $499 MXN is the final price for one invitation for one event, including applicable taxes. It is a one-time payment with no subscription.
How long will the link stay active?
For at least 12 months after purchase and until 90 days after the event date, whichever is later. RSVP data follows the periods stated in the Privacy Notice.
Can I edit it after publishing?
Yes. You can continue updating copy, times, photos, venues, and links after publishing; saved changes appear on the invitation.
How does the refund work?
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase. When a full refund is processed, the public invitation is paused; see the Terms for the process.
How does RSVP work?
Guests reply directly from the invitation. You can review responses and companions from your account, with no Tintely-imposed response limit.
How do you protect our data and our guests' data?
We use the data needed to provide and protect the service, as described in the Privacy Notice. You can export and delete RSVP data; identifiable guest data is deleted 180 days after the event and only anonymous aggregates remain.
