Terms and Conditions

Tintely lets you create, personalize, publish, and share one complete digital invitation for one wedding or event, manage guests, and receive RSVPs.

You must keep your session secure and provide accurate information. Invitations belong to the active organization in which they are created, and authorized members may manage them.

The final price is shown in Mexican pesos before Stripe Checkout begins. Purchase is a one-time payment for one complete invitation and one event; it is not a recurring subscription.

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after payment. When a full refund is issued, the invitation is paused and its public link becomes unavailable.

You retain rights in the text and photographs you provide and authorize us to host and display them to deliver the service. You confirm that you have the necessary permissions and will not upload illegal content or material that infringes third-party rights.

We work to keep the service available, although maintenance or interruptions outside our control may occur. Report issues to hola@tintely.com.

You may not use Tintely for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or distribution of unlawful content. We may limit access when needed to protect users, providers, and service integrity, subject to applicable law.

Personal data handling and the role of our providers are explained in the corresponding notice.

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current version is published here; mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
